Be Her Peace film cover showing a schoolgirl and her mentor in a school corridor.

Be Her Peace: The Heart of Blossomflow Foundation

Sometimes, a girl’s confidence is protected by a simple act: someone listens, offers a pad discreetly and reminds her that she has nothing to be ashamed of.

“Be Her Peace (Let Her Blossom)” captures the spirit of those moments. Through music and a schoolgirl’s story, the film expresses what guides Blossomflow Foundation: dignity, compassion and the belief that every girl deserves opportunities to fulfil her potential.

The girl behind the moment

The schoolgirl we follow has a voice, abilities and ambitions. When she experiences embarrassment about her period, she needs understanding and practical support.

As the story unfolds, we see her participate in class, step forward and celebrate her achievements. These moments reflect our vision of communities where girls feel supported, included and free to pursue their goals.

At Blossomflow Foundation, our commitment to ending period poverty brings menstrual products, education and conversations about dignity together. Our guiding promise is simple: Empower, Educate, Elevate.

Empower: Make space for her voice

Empowerment begins with listening.

Girls should feel comfortable asking questions, expressing their needs and participating in decisions about their wellbeing. Whether at home, in school or within the community, they deserve people they can approach without fear of ridicule.

Being her peace means helping create that environment.

Educate: Replace silence with understanding

Menstrual health education makes room for clear information and honest conversations.

Girls deserve to understand their bodies and know where to seek support. Parents, teachers, boys and men also have a role in building communities where menstruation is treated respectfully.

We believe learning should encourage questions and make understanding accessible.

Elevate: Recognise her potential

A girl’s dreams deserve encouragement, attention and opportunities to grow.

The classroom, the school competition and the celebrations in the film draw attention to her abilities and aspirations. They remind us to recognise the whole person: a student, a friend, a future leader and someone with her own ideas about who she wants to become.

Be Her Peace: Our Values in Everyday Life

The message of the film belongs in everyday life.

Listen when a girl speaks. Offer help with discretion. Make room for questions. Respond to menstruation with care and respect.

These actions give meaning to the values we share.

Empower. Educate. Elevate.
